The FBI does not have a "Field Office" in ANY foreign country. They are
forbidden to operate outside the United States by LAW. This law was passed
after tricky dick (Richard Nixon) abused the FBI's powers in that very
fashion....
And before you start talking about Aruba, although the FBI may HELP with the
investigation there, they have no official standing in it - they have no
police powers in any foreign land, period.
