Open Notepad
file
new
file
save as
all file types
"test.avi" (mpg, or any other desired extension) in your winmx download
folder
to create a zero byte file with the appropriate extension for the foreign
character file
in Winmx
right click the foreign file
manually download
manually browse for the file to resume from
select the zero byte file just created
downloading
Note foreign character set filenames WILL work as sources for
English/spanish/whatever your character set is, if the hash code matches
