I don't think so - unless I'm misunderstanding you. For the past few
months, I've been downloading episodes of "Liquid TV" over open nap
form the same user. Some of the downloads weren't complete before the
connection was broken. But I was able to resume. I think what the
above meant is that while WPN incompletes will resume as soon as it
finds a source (and WinMX will look on the network for a new source and
automatically enter the queue for that source depending on your
AFS/AEQ), on Open Nap, you have to enter the queue yourself or re-try
it.
