I'm seeing the same thing! Since installing the workaround, I can
download to my heart's content but all the poor souls who are trying to
upload from my shared library are getting timed out (even though I have
the settings all at 300). I have seen two successful uploads (from the
same user) but other than that, everyone is getting time out. Very
strange.
