try this: use Peer Guardian!
unless your router supports ip-block banning (similar to shoutcast ip-block
ban feature),
Peer Guardian is your best bet - and it's much easier to paste them in a
text file.
if you have a large/busy lan, blocking at the router might be the better
choice (keeps traffic down on the lan)
but if your the only machine on the router, it makes no difference where the
block is. ;-)
