Here's an update to my last post. I have just had to install the fix. Not
because I lost connection I did not. But becasue I was Seeking... for a
Primary. I had P=0 and S=11 and spm=8150. I inadvertantly shut off one of
the machines on the Network. And I lost all the other Primaries that were
hooked up to me. So I had to put the new hosts in. Almost immediately upon
doing that I went to P=5 S=11 spm = 10089.

I mentioned the hosts because that can redirect if your hosts has erroneous
stuff in it. I really doubt sourceforge is down. That would be a new one.
