Yes, incoming TCP and UDP are both set to unable option. I can only share
files as a secondary connection no matter which random ports I set them to
in winmx, firewall and router. Am I going to just have to live with this
situation? I guess a secondary connection to share is better than not
sharing at all.
And thanks for your simple and straightforward explanation of what a
bandwidth cap is.
