Nope, it seems that it used to have an optional install of navsearch bar or
something, but not any more. (I don't mean that the install of this spyware
is now no longer optional - it's not part of the install anymore).
I let it run for the better part of the weekend and I still stand by my
original points, the overall content is less than was/is available on winmx,
but what I did find certainly appeared to download faster, kb rates
definitely averaged higher than I normally experienced on winmx, the network
seems to load share better than winmx network, and I was not hammered by
leeches.
I still haven't deleted winmx, or given up on it entirely yet. Ideally, if
it could become open source and benefit from continued development then it
would be the network of choice.
