For what it's worth your "amazing result" won't be adversely affected
if others start doing it but I doubt that they will. Most likely your
actual download bandwith was being choked by excessive WPN traffic.
I don't know if that is because you have some silly settings or "enemy
action" but it certainly wouldn't be worth throwing the baby out with the
bath water for most people.
