If the drive was physically damaged before you started this, and you did
not attempt to make an image, then that program will likely chew the
hell out of the drive and you'll get very little back, if anything. Like
I said previously: anything you don't want to lose, make backups of.
Without a backup, you don't really have your data.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
