It's been yrs since I did that but I once made a list, and don't
forget Europe either, just Google for them, it takes time and
persistence tho, as some only have small ones, but there are some that
have beautiful scans that can easily be made in the five inch CD
covers. I also, made some from vinyl album covers, and just sized them
to fit. It's not a good idea to put labels on the discs tho, as that
can upset the delicate balance, and when something spins at 7000 RPM
it matters.
