Do NOT share your incompletes. Some of them do not have the completed file
anywhere on the network. Sharing them just propagates incompletes that can
never be completed. And the more of these around the more the network gets
clogged with searches for completed files that they will never find.
For this reason I never add a file to my queue from an incomplete. Do you?
If not, then you just answered for yourself why not to share them. You want
files that people want to add to their queues.
