If you are uploading to yourself, then that means you obviously already have
the file you were trying to download, so just delete your download...
There is a fluke every once in a while where I have seen this happen. I'm
not sure if it is a problem with the primary (or primaries) that you are
hooked up to, or within ones' own system... You may want to either shutdown
and restart WinMX, or you could simply try disconnecting and reconnecting to
the network. I have found either of these to work effectively against this
problem.
