You've got that right! I've DEFINITELY got a bad ISP. But, out here in
the wilds of RURAL Misery...er, Missouri, I've only got one choice--the
local can-and-string telephone coop. They don't even know what Usenet is!
For most stuff, I use news.individual.de; but, of course, no binaries.
