Do you have any folders shared on your shared files page? Are the
extensions of the files in the shared folders checked and listed under
shared file types on that page? Have you refreshed your shared files?

To see exactly what you are sharing, expand the folders listed or go to
any chatroom in WinMX and browse yourself. If you go to a chatroom, ask
someone there to try to download something from you.

If you have files shared but uploads time out, you have a port problem
with WinMX, your firewall, and/or your router or possibly your ISP is
blocking. The latter is most likely not your problem since apparently
you were able to upload before.
