Don't worry about it. You merely got a message from someone who's clearly
obsessed by the movie 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers'. He's trying to tell
you that the person you were trying to communicate with was really two
people - the alien doing the "possession" bit, and the human "host", and
that, very recently, the alien left the host, leaving the host bewildered as
to what the fuck had been going on. Happens all the time.
