Much the best bet is to turn them into .wav files (use DBPoweramp, which
will turn anything into anything), you then have a wide choice of
editors. I happen to like Acoustica, but that's only free as a trial,
iirc. All the editors I know about really edit .wav files anyway, but
unpacking that as a separate step gives you a lot more choice of tools.
