Hardly insignificant if one is using a device for playback on which the
MP3 "Pro" decoder can't be installed. Which is most.

Why yes, I remember...you were advocating "improving" a decoded WMA by
re-encoding it to MP3 with high bit/sample rates. That, of course, is
both incorrect and stupid. Even more stupid was your "clarification"
that the "lower bit rate MP3 Pro" MP3 sounded better.
Which is it, blubberhead..."lower bit rate MP3 Pro" or "encode at a high
bit and sampling rate"? The two are mutually exclusive.
