See above "stupid." Where's the relevance?...unless your post GED
education (still laughing) has somehow given you the miraculous
perceptual ability to distinguish between 44.1 and 48.

I guess you have way too much time on your hands [suggestion - try a
hands free browser next time so you can continue to play with yourself
while posting this irrelevant post GED garbage] The newer iPods will
not authorize "hymned" .m4a which means additional workarounds are
needed. And, "Duh" Who wouln't rather have unprotected .m4a's. They
sound better than mp3.
