My first MP3 player was an iRiver.
I say "was" because one day (after the 3 month limited warranty expired (of
course)) the power button did not work.
When I pressed the power button, there was nothing behind it.
So, I then proceeded to carefully open the shell to discover that the switch
behind the power button suddenly disappeared.
Nothing fell out of the shell when I had opened it.
So, not only did I loose my iRiver MP3 player, but I also lost over $200
bucks of my money.
I will issue you a WARNING: BUYER BEWARE.
I will NEVER recommend an iRiver product to anyone.
If you are able to return it for a full refund, store credit, or whatever,
do so immediately.
Good Luck with your investment.
