Really? I was taught 'ageing' at school. Of course it was a British
school. Ageing is correct UK English. You may remember the UK for such
things as developing the English language in the first place.
Please check easily accessible resources such as:

before making a complete arse of yourself.
And assuming you actually spend some time research such things in the
future (if you actually have any time in between picking on random
Usenet posters who spell things differently to you, that is) you might
also consider the fact that English is a tremendously adaptable
language, with a number of different ways of spelling many words
depending on which country, or even region, it is being used in.
That's what makes it such a fab language.
