Did you find the manual in the ? menu ?

To set a cue point:
1)Click in the graph, get a blue cursor.
2)Click on the Cut button, cursor turns brown.
3)Control-Q, dotted brown cursor.
This is now a cue point and appears in the cue list (list menu).
Repeat this for the other 2 points.
Save split...saves the four parts.
If you want to split 60 mins into 4x15 mins, use Auto Cue (special menu)
to create the cue points.

No. mp3DC works fast because it doesn't re-encode. If you want to re-
encode you might as well stick with Audacity.
