You can copy it from one of your other machines. The name is
L3codeca.acm and it lives in Windows\system.
You'll need to make an entry for it in system.ini in the [drivers32]
section. You can check your other drives for the correct entry format
but it should be...
msacm.l3acm=l3codeca.acm
But why do you want it? It has very limited abilities...a far better
one is the Fraunhofer Professional. The Lame.acm too. More info on
