1) 128kbps.
2) 192kbps or VBR.
3) Whether 128kbps or 192kbps is a good question. I definitely use
128kbps a lot to squeeze more music onto a CD, but I use 192kbps for all
the music I really care about.
4) WAV and 320... not really, but differences may show up if you apply
EQ or transcode. There are definitely differences between 320kbps and
160kbps. Other people can hear them plain as day. I can just barely hear
them.
