No. WAV and MP3 are actual recordings. MIDI is a "tracker" format - in
other words, it's more like a music sheet than a recording. You can't
convert to MIDI.

If I were you, I'd be happy with the MP3. It may not necessarily be
tiny, but you shouldn't have any trouble playing it on anything.
