Evolution of "law" is not about law perse..it's about fines and
money....
Its a question of technology passing the masses...out of probably a
million plus file sharers around the world, (that was a guess)...online
at one time sharing tens of millions of files...unless you're online
24-7 and days at a time....I'd roll the dice....you get better odds
here, than you do in Vegas...
If its free..people will find a way around it...and they can't watch
everyone...this is a fact.
And the "smaller fish"..the nickel and dime downloaders....do not even
matter.
