None as inexpensive as that. Personally I'd recommend using a
half-decent tape deck with a line-out, instead of the walkman.
To connect a walkman to your computer's audio line-in, you'll just need
a wire that has a 3.5mm (1/8") stereo plug at either end.
To connect a deck to your computer's line-in, you'll need a Y-cable that
has a pair of "RCA" plugs at one end (to connect to the deck) and a
3.5mm stereo plug at the other end.
