I have two questions (and, with my girlfriend, two jukeboxes).
First, there is a hard-drive problem on the one. Is anybody out
there available to do repairs to it?
Secondly, I have been unable to transfer my jukebox files to my IPod
mini, despite long efforts. I'm sure your all able to do this in your
sleep, but could someone volunteer precise directions as to how to do
this.
also, since I don't spend much time at my computer, could I get a
direct email answer? (I'm assuming, perhaps erroneously, that
responses to queries on this forum do not get directly emailed.)
