If your mp3 player is capable of playing Itunes files (".itl"), then
plug the MP3 player into your computer and transfer the files via
instructions from the player.

If your mp3 player is not capable of playing Itunes files, you will
need to convert your .itl tracks to .mp3 using converter software.
