That they do. I saw someone buying some just before XMAS whilst I was
browsing the ties with the Santas on them. Apparently, they also sell
illegal chords, but you have to get to know the sales staff. I hear the
trick is to have a tenner peeking out of your top-pocket and have a sort of
"nudge nudge wink wink" look on your face.
