MP3Rat hasn't been updated in about 3 years. When I tried it a while back,
I ended up with files with 2 id31 tags, because the program didn't
recognise the newer-version tags that were already there, and simply added
another tag onto the end of the file. I think that it could be made into a
great program. The incremental search model that it uses is brilliant. The
thing I like about it (and don't find in Media Monkey) is (best word I
could find) agility. Pity the author seems to have lost interest.
