If you're using the old recommended version (LAME 3.90.3), then you'll
see 128-320kbps. If you're using the current recommended version
(LAME3.97b2), then you'll see 32-320kbps.

You can set up CDex to use the .EXE of LAME; you don't have to use the
DLL and its limited interface.
