Well I guess someone has to cover the cost of the administration.
Whether it is charged as part of the shipment cost by the retailer, or by
the post office when you receive it, someone somewhere is going to add that
cost into the price.
Given the prices that others charge, perhaps we should be grateful the PO
only charges 4 rather than complaining about it.
Remember none of this is the fault of the PO or any other carrier.
As I understand it, you can go to C&E and pay the taxes and sort out the
paperwork yourself. But its going to probably cost you more than 4 in time,
effort and petrol to do so.
