Is the purchase covered by eBay/Paypals protection scheme ? Did you opt for insured
postage ?
It usually takes upwards of three weeks to get a refund from Paypal, minus their
admin fee. The onus is on the seller to prove he has shipped the item, and for a
£130 odd sale I would sure as hell make sure I used an insured trackable carrier.
I have ebay's telephone number if you need it.
Name and shame as a last resort.
