It means the DVD is Region 2. Region 2 includes Europe.
If you live in the UK, you should have a Region 2 or Multiregion player.
Either will work fine. If however, you live outside the UK, Europe and the
Middle East, odds are that you may have a different Region player. Unless
this has been 'hacked' to be made Multiregion - it won't work innit.
