DVD-RAM discs can be played by most PC DVD-player programs (with a RAM
capable drive) but not usually by "standard" DVD players (exept as a
feature - eg. some Panasonic players can do this!).
Timeslip is also possible on a few players using -RW discs but only in
"VR" mode - which again ruins compatability with normal players!
