Basically I was hinting at that I was not recommending anything
illegal, but it does mean I got let off a 70 in a 60 once.
I have met some very decent policemen but their advice can be very
useful.
Solicitors letters to trolls, anomomous letters, posting their phone
numbers on usenet, emailing known heavies same details - that sort of
thing!
