Check the Sky+ settings - I seem to remember the default is 30 minutes (at
least it was on my v2 box when it arrived). It records to the drive as
you're watching, allowing you to rewind up to the limit in the setting (so
long as you have been watching the same channel for that amount of time). If
you change channel the recording is cleared.
