My condolences - though in Best's defence he did not get any preferential
treatment when going on the transplant list: you cannot jump that queue in
the UK with money (not that he has much I think).
To the OP, I agree, I wish him well I suppose (I'm not 100% sure whether his
current condition is owing to drinking - if it is, I would be less
favourably disposed towards him) but he shouldn't be #1 on the news. That's
just the tabloidisation of the news, as well as the trailing of other shows
('...and you can see that interview in full on Tonight with Trevor
McDonald...').
