Chances are TMobile, in common with other operators, cut off phones that
arent used for a long period of time, so they can get the phone number back,
otherwise they eventually end up with lot of 'dead' phone numbers they cant
use. The OP should either call them and get the SIM reactivated , or get a
new SIM on a plan that suits the caller. As its an old Nokia chances are it
can be easily unlocked if that is necessary.
