Sounds like Torretts! Did you see that TV prog the other night
"Torretts Camp" or something similar? Its quite sad for the
individuals, but you just cant help laughing at their "tics". One girl
couldnt help herself for saying her obvious thoughts and things not to
say. She was checking in at the airport - and kept mutterring "there's
a bomb!"
