Avoid at all costs. they want you to ship the item as soon ass you get
the confirmation - this should raise your hackles. I always tell Paypal
customers I'll need 5 working days to clear their payment i.e. to
ensure a chrageback from a stolen card is not being made. Any customer
worth their salt will agree. Add to this the zero rating and foreign
location (you're telling me he can't get a cheap portable DVD in
Singapore???!!) and i'd say tell him to f*** off.
