It's been so long since I upgraded. All you need is ANY copy (legit) of
Premiere CD or the cover of a Premiere manual and you are eligible for
the $200 rebate (initial cost $699. Rebate arrives in about a month). IF
you don't need the fancy i/o's of the Pro BOB, you can buy outright LE
with MovieBox Deluxe USB from Videoguys for $479

bottom, and they said they will send you trial versions of the software
to test drive. You can also give them a call (suggested).
It's a link that does some mid-range NLE comparisons, so it makes for
some good reading.
As I said, the ONLY difference between LE w/MovieBox USB and LE Pro is
the breakout box. IF you need the 5.1 output and a few other features
(listed here http://www.videoguys.com/edition.html) as opposed to basic
(read, stereo) i/o's.

There site (Videoguys) has a wealth of information on different products
that they sell (which is all the major products).
