Then, get a good scan converter with SDI out and record everyone's
presentation on an appropriate videotape machine(s). Mix it live
with the cameras, and also record an iso of the computers.
Using something like a Sony DSC-1024HD, you could even do an NTSC
(or PAL) HD recording, if you're concerned about the down-
conversion of your computers.
This is the way any good A/V company would handle it.
Other than that, you're asking way too much, and may be
overcomplicating it.
