Really appreciate the benefit of your experience. Now I am a beginner to
anything video, so a basic question:
When you say "mix it live", do you mean record on the same video stream?
I would rather save them separately, as each one will compress best with
a different compression algorithm. If I have several recordings with the
same timeline, I can then present them in different ways, depending on
the user. For example one user might want to see the presentation
slides, not the presenter. I don't know if there are any complications
with this. For example, will they stay synchronized when I combine them
on a computer? (You can see I am a beginner in video!)
