btw, the board has approved the entire project but i'm in total confusion
about which camera to use. at first i was going with the sony FX1 or Z1U
but that seemed a bust and then maybe the Canon XL2 or Panasonic DVX100A or
DVC60. i have feelers out all over and trying to get a solution before the
middle of this next week. even going to a film institute to run some same
takes and capture it and try to see/hear the result to see IF it's up to
what we're looking for.

ttrying to replace the current sony betacams at 330 lines of resolution on
sony betcam recorder.

it's a 4:3 tv show.
