Doc,
you mean when you view the mpeg encoded images on the PC?
Cause that could be normal interlacing you are seeing, that isn't visible
when viewed on regular tv after it's a dvd.
In the very beginning of dvd making, I experienced the same, and it drove me
nuts till someone told me it was nothing.
Some of the cheap encoders, nowadays add a feature called de-interlacing or
progressive capture, both avoid this effect that I am talking
about when viewed on a computer screen in the editing program. But maybe you
are talking about something else?
