the material was authored to the DVD in variable bit rate. should it have
been otherwise?
also, the master has part of the clip in 30 interlaced 4:3 and also 16:9 and
then 24p from differnet cameas as a test. and like i say the viewables are
fine but the output is the same regardless of what setting i use in the
ouput set up. moreover, when i loaded the clips into Canopus Edius Pro 3
the output was great.
