This cable system is pretty serious into digital. But sometimes there
seems to be, shall we say, holes in their knowledge. They have fiber to
the home and seem to do very well with it, offering voice, cable video
and internet access. They're taking customers away like crazy from
Charter. This company is a pioneer in the industry but sometimes they
ask questions that seem almost beginner like. It's probably just a lack
of people inside the company not knowing which other person to talk to
already inside the company.
