Well there you go, a smart way of polling the interest in their concept.
Whether it's always the same people who talk on the wishlists, some of the
ideas sound good, some less. The silliest thing was suggestions about price
being sub-US$10k. Yeah right.
Some high-end camera's have recently come out of the concept-phase and
turned out to be a real product after all (like the Dalsa D20), other's
will stay that forever. I think if you market your design well, you'll get
investors and money to built it. The good thing is that Oakley is not a
poor company, as otherwise they might be tempted to use the investor's
money to plug holes in their other budgets.
